The Art Concept II

Following on from the great success of the the first Art Concept events weekend, Thompson's Gallery in Aldeburgh will be hosting a weekend of Art Demonstrations on the 22nd , 23rd, 24th August 2025.  We have invited a varied selection well established and most popular artists to hold lectures on how they approach their art both technically and inspirationally.  The artist demonstrations will include oil and acrylic painting, sculpture and an internationally acclaimed underwater photographer.

The aim of the weekend is to make art accessible and to show how professional artists approach their craft  and so we have specifically chosen  a wide range of contrasting styles and different media to give a varied introduction into the  world of art today. Ticket holders are also invited to join the participating artists at a Private View of their work on the Friday evening at Thompson's Gallery Aldeburgh.
